Forty Pounds embossed revenue stamp attached by glue and lead staple, with cypher label, to letters testamentary dated August 2, 1834. The stamp is tied to the document by London cancel dated October 22, 1835. The seal of the Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbuy is attached to the document.
